Site Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all operations run smoothly on-site, adhering to safety regulations, and maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, proficiency in project management software, and a thorough understanding of construction processes.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage project schedules using tools such as ProCore to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions.
  • Review construction schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of plans.
  • Assist in construction estimating by evaluating project requirements and resources needed.
  • Train and mentor site staff, promoting a culture of safety and teamwork among workers.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, incident reports, and progress updates.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices within a construction environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction schematics and plans accurately.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
